The National Dementia Care Collaborative
The National Dementia Care Collaborative (NDCC) aims to improve access to evidence-based comprehensive dementia care. The NDCC provides a common platform for health systems and other provider organizations that have already implemented a proven model of comprehensive dementia care or are seeking to establish a new program. For health systems that have already implemented comprehensive dementia care, the NDCC facilitates communication among providers to share best practices and promote continued success.

Leadership and Staff
Education Development Center (EDC) is a global nonprofit that advances long-term solutions to improve education while promoting health. EDC serves as the coordinating center for the NDCC.
